RoadwiseFleet: opening the research behind a fleet OS

Small trucking fleets are the most underserved corner of logistics software. Enterprise TMS platforms target 50-truck operations; consumer telematics vendors push hardware boxes. The 1–20-truck owner-operator — the backbone of American freight — gets spreadsheets, phone calls and paper.

RoadwiseFleet is our answer: an Android app for truck drivers and a SaaS web dashboard for fleet owners and dispatchers, with no hardware boxes. The driver's phone is the telematics device.

What ships

  • A driver app that turns a phone into the driver's command center: trips, loads and dispatch messages.
  • A dispatch dashboard for owners: fleet status, load posting, compliance and cash-flow views.
  • A landing page at roadwisefleet.com and an auto-deployed preview of the design work.

Why open research

The repository is deliberately an open foundation: the market research that shaped the product, the design artifacts and the tools are published openly at roadwisefleet.com. We publish the reasoning before the roadmap, because trust scales better than secrecy — and because small fleets deserve to see what they are being sold.

Next up: the driver app beta. If you run a small fleet, we want to hear from you — contact@elilaltd.com.
